Service Description

Please ensure that you have booked a space for all attendees, even it they aren't painting. The £4 per person is a non refundable deposit, which will be taken off the total payment for painting pottery on the day. Please note if less people come on the day than deposits paid we will only deduct the deposits for the number of people who attend on the day unless we are given 48 hours notice about the change. We are happy to help with baby prints etc, but please add a note when booking to allow us to allocate the correct staff, and there may be a delay while we seat and sort other tables before we can come and help. Once you have finished your design, your pottery will stay with us to be glazed and fired in our kiln. You will then be notified by email when your items are ready for collection, this will usually be 1-2 weeks after you visit for standard painting. Longer for items requiring artwork done by us, and clay items. If you wish to reschedule your booking you can do this by logging into the members area of the website, and reviewing you bookings. This must be done 48 hours prior to your original booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, this can also be done via the member area on the website. If you are booking an additional slot to finish an item started at a previous booking, please note that the £4 is only deducted off the pottery bill, so will only be deducted if you purchase additional pottery items at the second session. Only food and drink purchased from us can be consumed on the premises during our standard painting sessions. We only allow you to bring your own food and drink on specific events e.g. Fired & Fizz (at the studio), and on private bookings when agreed when making the booking. We do allow a birthday cake on tables booked for a celebration.
